Rachel is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a 2018 graduate of Dickinson College, in Carlisle, PA, where she majored in English and minored in Philosophy.
She received her J.D. from Washington and Lee School of Law in Lexington, Virginia in 2021. After obtaining her law degree, she went on to UCLA School of Law to pursue an L.L.M. in Environmental Law, which she received in 2022.
Rachel joined in Los Angeles in 2023. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her dog Bowie.
