Nicole Beidleman is an associate in the New York City office. She graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 2020 with a B.A. in Policy Management.
She received her J.D. from New York School of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as the Secretary of the Hellenic Law Association and as Secretary for the New York Law School Media Entertainment and Fashion Law Association. She was also a member of the Law School’s Center for Business and Finance. Throughout her studies, Nicole gained hands-on advocacy experience working as a student attorney for The New York Law School’s Diane Abbey Law Institute for Children and Families, representing individuals who were unjustly denied marriage licenses due to identity theft. She also served as a Student Attorney for the New York Law School Asylum Clinic assisting refugees with their applications for staying in the United States.
Nicole interned during law school with a business and intellectual property law firm, where she gained practical legal experience in business formation and contracts.
She also worked as a Global Data Privacy summer associate at Publics Media, where she handled privacy policy contracts; ensured compliance with CCPA and GDPR regulations; and overall international privacy compliance.
After law school, Nicole worked as an Evaluator at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, Charities Bureau, focusing on New York State Executive Law 7A and Estate Power and Trusts Law 8.14.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys taking long walks to explore the city and visiting art museums.
Nicole has been admitted in New Jersey, her New York and Connecticut admissions are currently pending.
