Daniel is an associate in the New York office. He received his J.D. from CUNY School of Law in 2021. Daniel served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor in New York, where he led Grand Jury investigations and prosecutions involving felony narcotics offenses and associated violent crimes.
Before joining the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor, he practiced as an Agency Attorney at the Administration for Children’s Services in Brooklyn. During that time, he frequently appeared as counsel in Family Court for hearings and proceedings in child abuse and neglect cases, as well as permanency hearings. Daniel also worked closely with child protective caseworkers and agency case planners to ensure the well-being of children.
When not litigating cases, Daniel enjoys playing basketball and spending time with family and friends.
