Associates Nicole Beidleman and Sydney Monroe participated in the 2026 International Aerospace Women’s Association (IAWA) conference in Philadelphia, PA. This year’s theme “Navigate the Future: Leading Resilient, Intelligent, Sustainable Aerospace” sparked thoughtful discussions with industry leaders across aviation, aerospace, finance, manufacturing and technology. Exposure to diverse perspectives in a rapidly evolving sector is valuable and inspiring. It was fantastic to see and connect with familiar faces from Marsh, Robinson Helicopter Co and Moog among others.
