Rachael is an associate in our Stamford office. She centers her practice in products liability and aviation law. Prior to joining the firm, Rachael worked as an assistant public defender in the Missouri Public Defender’s post-conviction-relief/appellate division and then as a plaintiff’s attorney litigating prisoner’s rights under § 1983. Rachael graduated from Washington University School of Law in 2021, where she received the CLEA Outstanding Student Award for her work as a student attorney in the Interdisciplinary Environmental Clinic and as an extern at the Center for International Environmental Law in Washington, D.C. Rachael also participated in her law school’s moot court competition, receiving the Outstanding Respondent’s Brief Award.
Rachael has also worked as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York for the Hon. Peggy Kuo and as a legal intern at the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. Rachael graduated Valedictorian from Pennsylvania State University in 2018, where she received her B.A. in English.
